Roni Biram
Chairman of the Board and Founder
Founding partner of Excellence Nessuah Investment House, with an extensive track record of establishing and managing businesses in various fields, including finance, real estate, debt, energy and infrastructure. Roni is also the founding partner of Brosh Capital, Shaked Capital and Bareket Capital, director and controlling shareholder in Kardan Israel and owner of additional businesses in the fields of finance and real estate in Israel and abroad. Graduated the Technion with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and the University of North Carolina with a master's degree in economics and management.
Dr. Navot Bar
CEO, Director and Founder
Former CEO of Shikun & Binui Energy. Gained extensive experience in the development, establishment, financing and management of projects in the field of infrastructure and energy, including the Ashalim (thermo-solar), Tze'elim (photovoltaic) and Etgal (gas) projects amounting to hundreds of megawatts and billions of NIS. Navot holds a Ph.D. in International Taxation from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the Department of Law and Economics at the University of Haifa. After graduating, he worked as a lawyer for the New York law firm Skadden.
Dr. Gil Deutsch
Founder
Founding partner of Excellence Nessuah Investment House, with extensive experience in establishing and managing businesses in various fields, including finance, real estate, debt, energy and infrastructure. Gil is a director and controlling shareholder of Kardan Israel, as well as founding partner of the Brosh Capital, Shaked Capital and Bareket Capital, and owner of additional businesses in the field of finance and real estate in Israel and abroad. Graduated from the Weizmann Institute with a Ph.D. in mathematics and computer science, and the Bar Ilan University with a bachelor's and master's degree in computer science.
Rachel Segal
CFO
Served as CFO for about a decade at Sunflower Sustainable Investments. Previously served as CFO at Excellence Nessuah Investment House and worked at BDO, one of the largest international accounting firms in Israel. Certified Public Accountant, graduate of the Jerusalem College of Technology.
Yael Meytes
General Counsel
Served as the General Counsel of the Israel Ports - Development & Assets Co., prior to that practiced law at Erdinast, Ben Natan & Co., practiced law as a foreign attorney at the NY office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, served as the General Counsel of Yes satellite TV, and prior to that worked as an attorney at the Public Broadcasting Regulation Administration.
Dan Yuran
Investment Manager
Prior to joining Keystone, Dan worked as a senior analyst in the corporate finance department of the accounting and consulting firm BDO. As part of his work at BDO he specialized in valuations and financial due diligences, and prior to that worked at the Gornitzky law firm. Dan is an attorney with a bachelor's degree in law and accounting from the Hebrew University.
Yochay Moshe
Executive Assistant to CEO
Prior to joining Keystone, Yochay worked as an associate in the Corporate and Securities department of the Herzog law firm. As part of his work at Herzog, he specialized in M&A transactions and provided counseling to a wide range of companies and investment funds on corporate and securities matters. Yochay holds a bachelor’s degree (with distinction) in law with an extended unit in business administration from Tel-Aviv University.
Yudith Farhi
Office Manager and PA to the CEO
Previously worked as personal assistant and administrative director in major organizations such as Shikun & Binui and Partner. Yudith oversees the fund's ongoing management activities, leads operational projects and serves as personal assistant to the fund's CEO. Graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a bachelor's degree in education (cum laude).
