Roni Biram
Chairman of the Board and Founder
Founding partner of Excellence Nessuah Investment House, with an extensive track record of establishing and managing businesses in various fields, including finance, real estate, debt, energy and infrastructure. Roni is also the founding partner of Brosh Capital, Shaked Capital and Bareket Capital, director and controlling shareholder in Kardan Israel and owner of additional businesses in the fields of finance and real estate in Israel and abroad. Graduated the Technion with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and the University of North Carolina with a master's degree in economics and management.
Dr. Navot Bar
CEO, Director and Founder
Former CEO of Shikun & Binui Energy. Gained extensive experience in the development, establishment, financing and management of projects in the field of infrastructure and energy, including the Ashalim (thermo-solar), Tze'elim (photovoltaic) and Etgal (gas) projects amounting to hundreds of megawatts and billions of NIS. Navot holds a Ph.D. in International Taxation from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the Department of Law and Economics at the University of Haifa. After graduating, he worked as a lawyer for the New York law firm Skadden.
Liza Singer
External Director
Liza has twenty years of experience as director in various boards, including Magal Security Systems, the Port of Haifa and Diners Club. Liza joined Keystone's board as an external director in 2021. In addition, Liza serves as CEO and owner's representative of a private UK investment company, and manages Karpaz Gate Marina, which builds and operates real estate and tourism projects in Cyprus. Liza is a certified attorney and accountant and holds a master's degree in business administration and finance.
Oded Setter

VP of Finance, Investments and Business Development at the Israel Land Development Company (Hachsharat HaYishuv). Joined Keystone’s board of directors as an external director in 2021. Previously served as VP of Strategy, Economics and Control at Shikun & Binui ltd. Certified Public Accountant with a LL.M. from Bar Ilan University, a bachelor's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Nir Dror

VP of Finance and Investment at Aurum Group (Family Office). Joined Keystone’s board of directors as an external director in 2021. Previously served as Chief Investment Officer at the Origo Fund and as an investment banker in the United States. Currently serving as a director in PolyPid (a public company) and other private companies. Holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, a master's degree in commercial law from Tel Aviv University and a bachelor's degree in law and accounting from Tel Aviv University.
